MyRadar yet another weather app for Windows 8 but it is a little different. This app has the ability to show you the weather radar of an area which is updated constantly. The interface of this app is completely different from the other ones and here you get the weather details on the maps as shown below. This app currently only works for the USA and it does not display the weather or the radar of any other location on the planet. The developers said that they would add more regions really soon.
The app utilizes Bing maps to display and render the maps onto which it displays the weather details as seen in the above screenshot. One of the interesting feature apart from it’s ability to display weather radar is that you can change the type of map that is used as the background. These include roads, greyscale, and aerial.
