Disable “Sent from Mail for Windows 10” from Windows 10 Mail App:
Step 1: Open Mail app and sign in, if you haven’t already.
Step 2: You have to access Settings (click the gear icon) and then click on “Options“.
Step 3: There will be a lot of options in front of you. You need to scroll down to find Signature. You will see that default signature is turned on and that “Sent from Mail for Windows 10” is visible. You can edit the text to display your own signature, or simply turn off this option.
Now create a new mail and you will notice that default signature is not visible anymore.
