Bing Rebates is a successor of Microsoft Rewards cashback program that offers cashback when you shop via Bing. This program is for Microsoft Rewards members who purchase from the participating retailers on Bing. Currently, the program is available to a selected number of Microsoft Rewards members with a plan for gradual roll out to all the Microsoft members.
Bing Rebates is in the beta phase and available in the US only. In order to participate in the program, the participants must be at least 10 years old and be a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States. The awards are given in US dollars which can be transferred to the Paypal account.

Requirements
To get the benefit of Bing Rebates first, you must be a participant in the program. The process to participate in the program is not made available yet but it will roll out to all the Microsoft Rewards participants in the future.
With Bing Rebates, you can redeem rewards and discounts on various products when you show via Bing or Microsoft Rewards. The rewards/cashback is only available on the products from the sellers who are participating in the program.
If you have access to the program, you get a rebate tag on the products where you can earn cashback or rewards. It also available many of the Microsoft products including Office, Surface products, and accessories.
Conditions
There is a process for this program where you have to follow some conditions to able to get the cashback. The first thing is that you have to sign in into Bing with your Microsoft account when you do shopping. And, the second condition is that you have to use the link on the Microsoft Rewards dashboard to complete your purchases.
Limitations
If you follow the conditions, the rewards are transferred to your account within 30 to 90 days. The time limit is set to verify that you didn’t return the product. If you return the product after purchase via Bing Rebates, you won’t get any rewards for that. Also, there is a $1,000 per year limit on the Bing Rebates. You can only earn that much amount of award in a year.
Redeem
Once you get the cashback/rewards to your Microsoft Rewards account, you can transfer those to your PayPal account or spend then on further shopping on via the Microsoft Rewards program. You can get more information about Bing Rebates from the FAQ.
