You can easily find out that what air you’re breathing and how safe is your city in terms of air pollution. The air quality is categorized as Fresh Air, Moderate Pollution, High Pollution, Very High Pollution, and Extreme Pollution. This app tells you that if it is safe for cycling, sports, hanging out with children, and eating outside according to your location’s air quality or pollution level. The best part of this app is that it shows how pollution is going to evolve within the next few hours. In addition to that, it also shows weather forecast for the next 24 hours. Set up your favorite city:
As soon as you open up the app, it will ask you to set a city for which you want to know the air quality. There are tons of cities available from around the world’s famous countries. You can add as many cities as you want to know their pollution level and air quality. The following screenshot shows how to add a city.
View pollution level and weather forecast:
After you set up a new city, you can view the pollution level and weather forecast of the city right on the app. In addition to that, you can also view Plume Index (Air quality index) for the current period and yearly average. Most importantly, it displays the amount of Ozone, Nitrogen dioxide, and Sulphur dioxide present in the air of your city. Simply swipe in the middle of the pollution indicator to toggle the Plume Index and gas level. The following screenshot shows the pollution level, gas amount, and Plume Index of a city.
Navigate graph to view air forecast:
At the bottom of the app’s interface, there will be a graph, using which you can view the air forecast or weather forecast with respect to time. Simply drag through the entire graph and view the air forecast of a city. The following screenshot shows how to view air forecast with respect to time.
Get recommendations on daily activities:
You will be able to see four activity icons at the bottom of he app interface. The activity icons are for outside sports, cycling, hanging out with children, and eating outside. This app gives recommendations of activities as per the air quality of your location. As soon as you tap an activity, the app will give some advice for that particular activity by checking the Plume Index and pollution level.
