Snap Collage is a free Windows 10 app to create custom photo collages. The app lets you design a collage with layer adjustment, by controlling the split boxes in the collage. You can easily increase or decrease the size of any box in the collage. Also, you can easily add or remove photos from the collage.
The app can be downloaded from the Windows 10 store or from the link given at the end of this article. When you start the app for the first time, below is the interface you will see.
Here you can add photos for creating a collage by clicking the plus sign in the center of your window or from the add option given at the top left side. You can select as many photos as you want for your collage.
Once you are done selecting photos, the photos will appear in the app window. Now you work starts, you can reduce or increase the thickness of the border between photos, even change the border color.
The best part is you can move around the horizontal and vertical layers which divide your photos. You can make the collage photos big or small by moving the photo boundary around.
The options you get on an image can be seen in the above screenshot. Let’s look at them below:
- Collapse: This is to delete a photo from your collage.
- V Split: If you want to split this space in to two vertical boxes, then use this option and add another photo in the same space.
- H Split: This option will split the current space into two horizontal boxes, now you can add another photo in the split box.
- Flip: This option flips the image, which means the right becomes left and the left becomes right.
- Swap: If you want to change the photo in this box with another one, then just select this option and click on the photo you want to swap it with.
- Replace: This option will let you change the current photo with another photo from your computer.
Apart from this, the app also offers you options to share your collage with your friends. Save the collage on your computer in PNG file format.
