FilerFrog is free file management software, which can perform advanced file management easily. The file management software is designed basically to manage your computer files and folders like their extraction, copy/move, encryption and decryption for protection and similarly all the functions to sort your system and use effective file management system. Extract to/from folder:
With simple single click you can arrange your files and folders with this feature. If you want to line up files that are scattered, select folder and click extract to/from tab that suit you need. The folder content will be transferred to your designated folder and FilerFrog will ask you whether you want to delete empty folder. Organize your empty folders with this feature and you can opt for delete empty folders option which deletes all empty folders in click.
Copy/Move option:
This particular feature comes handy when you need to empty the content of folder or particular file from one path to another, without scanning through My Computer drive. Just select the files and folders you need to copy/move and select the destination, and click copy to/move to option in Organize submenu. FilerFrog saves your most recent destination used, so that you can quickly reuse the destination if you want.
Split and Join:
One of the unique features of FilerFrog is Split and Join option. We often have large files that are sometimes difficult to send by email (though, there are free services to send large file in email). With Split function you can split the files into small fragments of definite size like 1, 5 or 10 MB or any size that suits you. Thus this feature is useful in needs when you want to share your files but in definite sizes. Number of small fragments is created accordingly each having ffsX-extension where x stands for number of pieces of particular file.
Join function similarly do reverse of split function to join your fragmented file into its original size and also altering or deleting the small size of files as specified by you.
Encryption/Decryption:
To keep you files secure and avoid any unauthorized use of your files FilerFrog freeware has introduced Encryption/Decryption feature. With a click you can encrypt files with password. Encrypted file is created in same folder and you have option to delete your original file. To decrypt the file just enter password asked by the software and your file is decrypted.
Along with above mentioned features of file management, FilerFrog serves features for image manipulation like bulk resize images or putting logo on the image.
