How to Create Polls for Snapchat on iPhone:
To get started, simply open up the app and tap on the “Create a New Poll” button on the main screen. As soon as you do that, it will open up a new screen where you will be able to create the poll which you want to share on Snapchat. You will see the option to enter the poll question and 4 poll options.
You can either add simple text options or customize them with GIFs, Photos, and URLs. To do this, simply click on the “+” button visible at the center of each option box. When you do that, a slider will open up with the option to insert photos from camera roll, search and add Giphy GIFs, and a URL.
Once you’re done with entering the poll question and options, you can proceed to change the background color of the poll. For this, click on the “Color Plate” icon at the bottom right corner. After that, you can choose from 18 different colors as the poll background.
When you’re all set with the background color, simply click on the “Create the Poll” button at the bottom. Once you click on the “Create the Poll” button, it will prompt you to choose whether the poll contains any offensive or NSFW content in the poll or not. If it doesn’t then tap on “No” to proceed. This will instantly generate and copy a URL to the clipboard which you can use on Snapchat for sharing the poll.
Now, simply open Snapchat and take a photo of anything you want. After that, when the when the toolbar appears on the right, simply tap on the “Link” icon. Then paste the poll link in the input bar at the top. As soon as you do that, it will load poll URL and you can tap on the “Attach to Snap” button to add the poll as an attachment.
Now, you can simply add the snap to your story such that your friends can see the poll and vote on it. To vote, all they gotta do is tap on the option they like. At the same time, you will also be able to track the votes in real-time on your iPhone. The votes are automatically counted in percentage.
