Sketchpad is free Chrome App for drawing. Sketchpad lets you draw cool drawings using nice templates and awesome tools that include text, brush, stamp, predefined shapes, and lots more.
What I really liked along with the awesome features is that, the app works in both offline and online mode. That is, you need not be connected to the internet. Also, the work can be saved into region, png, zip, and many other formats.
Also, note that Sketchpad app for Chrome can be launched from the Chrome App Launcher from desktop. In order to launch Sketchpad from desktop you have to log in Chrome App Launcher from your account and then select the app for drawing.
Working With Sketchpad:
It is really simple to use the app. The user interface is really nice and you will not have any trouble in using Sketchpad app. When you first run the app, you will be prompted to select the template. What I really like is that, along with the template you can select the resolution of the screen also, which is a great feature.
After selecting the template you will have the user interface opened for you.
You can use either of the tools to draw anything you want to. I have posted an image below that shows some of the drawing options which you can use. But actually, you get a lot more tools than these.
Use the undo feature if you do not like, just have fun drawing. And, after your work is complete you can save it in different formats, which is also a good feature.

Conclusion:
Sketchpad is an awesome app that works in offline and online mode. It is really simple to use and offers great tools, templates, and option to save the image in different formats. However, the camera option did not work for me. Overall, based on the really cool features of Sketchpad, I would recommend you to try it out.
