Here is a list of free virtual dice roll software. You can install these dice roll software on your PC and can easily simulate dice roll. If you are playing dice playing games, but do not have dice, then these software would come pretty handy.

In this list, I have covered various type of dice roll software. They support dices with different number of faces, multiple dices, multiple rolls, etc. If you do not want to install a software, you can also check out these online virtual dice roll websites.

RPG Dice Roller by Zsolt Nagy

RPG dice roller by Zsolt Nagy

RPG Dice roller is one of the most feature rich virtual dice roll software that I have come across. It provides dice of different sides. It provides standard dice of sides 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20, 100. In addition, it also lets you create a dice of any side that you want. Also, you can roll as many dices as you want, and add modifiers to the final result. It shows you the final result of all the dices rolled together, as well as the individual outcome on each dice. I wasn’t able to find any option to see previous results on this.

If you have a need for an advanced virtual dice roll software for advanced gaming, then this is the software to go with.

Rautha’s Dice Roller

Rautha's Dice Roller

Rautha’s Dice roller is another advanced virtual dice roller. It provides quick roll option as well as lets you build you own dice roll expressions. In quick roll, it has dice of sides 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20, and 100. Just click on button for a dice and it will quickly show you the result (and hence the name, quick roll). In case of Expression Builder, it lets you build your own dice expressions. In expressions, you can specify number of dice, number of faces on each dice, and a modifier to add/ subtract to final result. You can create up to 4 expressions in this and store them and quickly invoke any of them. The challenge with this is that it does not shows results of individual dice and shows final result only.

Dice Roller From Faylin

Dice Roller From Falyn

Faylin’s dice roller is probably the easiest to use virtual dice roller on this list. It does not comes with any advanced options. It gives you standard dice with sides 4, 6, 8, 10, 20, 100, and Percent. You can pick a dice and then specify how many dice you want to roll. It will show results of each dice, as well as total result. It does not lets you add any modifier to the result, nor specify your own dice with a different number of sides. For standard dice roll games, this software should work fine. Also, it is portable in nature, so you don’t need to install it.

All these dice roll software are easy to use, and will come handy with your normal board games, as well as RPG games. Try these out and let us know which one you like the most.
