If you are like me, you wish everyday that Windows had similar taskbar as Mac. Thankfully, RocketDock is there for our rescue. RocketDock adds a cool Mac style toolbar to Windows. It comes complete with animated icons, live window previews, drag-n-drop functionality, customizable skins, and lot more.
When you install RocketDock on your system, it appears as a floating toolbar. This toolbar serves as the dock to hold your minimized windows, as well as any other icons for programs that you want to be able to launch by a single click. RocketDock lets you completely customize the position of the floating toolbar on screen – you can place it at bottom, top, left, or right side of the screen. You can also make it always visible or autohide.
[Another software that you can also try is ObjectDock]
The great part of the RocketDock is when you move your mouse over RocketDock toolbar. The icons animate in a nice way, and gives the complete feeling of Mac. Love it!
Another great features of RocketDock is that you can minimize your windows to RocketDock. RocketDock shows live view of the minimized windows. Like, if you minimize some video to RocketDock, you will be able to see video continously even in minimized mode.
