The app displays all the posts from all the sub-Reddits in a interesting manner using different gestures. You can check posts from any sub-reddit including the number of votes and comments for that particular post. Apart from checking the number of comments, you can also read each and every comment.
All the comments are displayed by the app in expandable and collapsible form. Using Reddit Client for iPhone:
When you will launch the app, you will see posts from home page of Reddit also known as “First page of Internet”. On the homepage, you will see different sub-reddits placed in horizontal direction instead of conventional vertical direction. You can tap on any sub-reddit to view the posts posted to that particular one only. If you want to search for any other sub-reddit, then you can do so by swiping down on the screen just like you do to bring Spotlight search on your iPhone.
You have to enter the name and app will display all the reddits matching with your criteria. You can also choose to subscribe to any of them but to subscribe, you have to sign-in using your Reddit account. If you don’t have it then you can also get it from within the app. To sign-in or register, tap on Settings option and then on Sign in to Reddit. Now, choose the option Sign-in or Register for using a valid Reddit account.
After choosing the sub-reddit, you will find all the posts related to it being displayed in vertical manner. For each post, you can see the time of its posting, name of the user who posted it, and name of the sub-reddit under which it was posted. The app also displays total number of upvotes and comments that it has received till now. Tap on the post to view each and every comment and read them. It also displays the number of upvotes for each comment and time elapsed since the comment was posted. You can also tap on any comment to expand and collapse it.
The app doesn’t let you reply to any comment or post a new comment. If you want to share any post of Reddit, then you need to tap and hold on the post to get the sharing option. If you want to go back to previous screen from anywhere on the app, then you simply need to go to top spot of interface and swipe downwards.
