Using the Translate Slack app is very easy, you install it from here. Authorize it to access your Slack workspace and then you can find it in the My Apps section. After success installation, you can start using it in the direct messaging channels and team channels.
To translate a message, you just have to right-click on any message in any channel. The Translate app icon appears in the bottom and you can use it to translate a message. You can see the screenshot below.
When you translate a message, the transition of the message will show up on the same channel. You can see the translated text there and then do whatever you want.
After a translation has been done, you can opt to change the language for the next translations. For that, from the previous translation, you just need to specify a target language. Next time, the text will be translated into that language.
