PDF Page Resizer is a free software that comes with standard paper sizes and scaling options. Normally, other similar tools let you set the custom height and width to resize PDFs or pages of PDF files. Use this link to grab this software and start the installing. You should be careful from the 3rd-party tools (use Decline button to ignore them) during the installation.
The software has four sections. The bottom left section is used to insert PDF files using Import From Files or Import From Folder button. You can also drag n drop PDF files on its interface. After inserting the PDF files, you can preview the selected PDF on top left section.
The top right section provides resizing and scaling options for input PDF files. You can set the custom height and width or select any one of the available paper sizes. Pages of PDF files can also be set in Landscape or Portrait mode. If you want to scale PDF pages, you have the option to select Auto Scaling or choose scale size in percentage (60%, 30%, 90%, etc.).
When everything is set, click on Process button available at the bottom right section. It will open a window prompting you to select the destination directory to save the PDF files. After this, it will immediately process all input files and store output PDFs to the selected destination.
