NASA Kids Club is a free service (from official website of NASA) that provides online educational games for kids. Even elders can play those games and can also learn about some facts related to NASA aircrafts, missions, etc. People having interest in space activities can use this service. Roving On Mars, solve a picture puzzle, Addition blast off, 2 matching game (to match at least 2 or more same pieces to score), Star fall, etc. are the games available in this service.
Apart from these games, it also provides an online whiteboard for drawing. Although, you can’t save the drawing, but can draw anything using pencil, brush, pen, etc.
Screenshot above shows homepage of NASA Kids Club where all games will be available to play. Depending on your skills, you can select a difficulty level (1-5) to start playing those games one by one.

How To Use NASA Kids Club To Play The Educational Games?
NASA Kids Club doesn’t require any sign up to use this service. Just by accessing its homepage, you can start using the service.
The main menu on this service provides three sections. First section will help you to explore your knowledge about NASA past space station missions, present mission (now in space), and past shuttle missions.
Second section (Join me in the Clubhouse) will provide you multiple games that you can play one by one. Some of the interesting games available are: puzzle game, color a picture, let’s fly away (which provides NASA aircraft pictures along with description), etc.
Puzzle game is quite well-known, in which you need to select a difficulty level, and a picture to start puzzle. Based on selected level, number of puzzle pieces will be available to you, from which you need do complete the picture. To make it easier for you, you can see puzzles outline, and can even see the whole picture preview to get an idea for solving the puzzle.
Third picture frame doesn’t provide you any game but you can view some interesting pictures.
Some Other Games Available In NASA Kids Club:
Three educational games are also available that you can play. But for this, you first need to select a skill level (1-5) present on its homepage, then only those games will be visible to you. These are:
- Addition Blast Off: In this game, a numbers window will be shown to you, and you need to add a given number as early as possible to launch the rocket. Quite interesting, even elders will find it difficult to launch rockets quickly.
- Roving On Mars: A simple but interesting game in which you need to find a way for roving machine to reach to the target place.
- Star Fall: In this game, you need to match and click same color of balls to get the score.
- Whiteboard: It’s not a game, but useful for kids to draw whatever they have on their mind. Different colors can be chosen to draw with pencil, pen, and brush.
Conclusion:
NASA Kids Club is really a good service where kids and elders can play educational games and can gain some knowledge. Games are based on space and aircrafts. My journey to this service was quite interesting. You should really try it once.
