Moodsnap is a free iPad app to listen to music matched with image signifying mood. This app consists of different images signifying different moods. You have to tap on the image signifying your mood to listen to music. In case, you don’t like the music then you can tap on the next button to skip the song and go to other one.
The app has different images depicting different moods including different songs. This app is like a community which means you can also add music to different images. Besides this, you can favorite songs, share songs, dislike songs, and match songs with their correct image. The app lets you share songs via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email, and iMessage.
Using this iPad App to Listen to Music Matched to Image Signifying Mood:
You can choose to use the Moodsnap app with or without registration. If you choose to use the app without registration, then you won’t be able to contribute to app and add your own songs. So no matter what you choose, you will get three main options on the app: Moodmatch, The Moodstrip, and My MoodStrip.
On launching the app, you will see the interface of The Moodstrip. You have to scroll on the screen to go through all the images. You can scroll to find the image which signifies your mood most accurately so that you can listen to music on the basis of your mood. Each photo also has an option at bottom right to bookmark that image.
To play music, you only have to tap on the photo and you will get the interface shown below. Here, you will see the image of that mood, name of the song, artist/band name, and album name. There are three more options at bottom: Contribute, More, and Share.
- Contribute: Use this option to add your own songs to that specific image category. It gives you a search bar to search for your song on the basis of track, artist, or album name.
- More: Use this option to remove song from that image category, dislike song, show love, and save to favorites.
- Share: Share music via different sharing option from here.

Moodmatch:
Use this option to match different music to their respective image which signifies mood suitable for listening to that particular song. Scroll through the images and tap on the one you want to add to that song. There are two more images labeled as No Image Fits and Unsure. You can tap on them too if you are unable to match correctly.
My Moodstrip:
Check all the music added by you to Favorite from the main interface of the app.
