Open Face Camera and tap on the Camera button, then tap on any of the effects to download it. It will just take a sec to download the effect and after that, you can see the live face effect as in Snapchat. Face Camera- Snappy Photo is a nice Snapchat-like app. If you want to take Snapchat-like photos and videos to share it with your friends then it is a good option. Only downside of this app is that it adds watermark to the photos, and shows too many advertisements. It should get rid of atleast one of these.
