Rail Rush is a fun and addictive game. In this game, you have to control the cart and make sure you don’t fall into those dark & deep caves. There are lots of Gold nuggets along the way, but a few number of gems and special gifts. The game is played repeatedly by many players, just for high scores. You can make high scores by travelling long distances before you fall down. Let’s see more details on how to play this Android adventure game.
When you play the game for the first time, you will be given a tutorial on how to play the game. Once you succeed in the tutorial you will know how to play the game and will move forward in to the real game. The game play looks more like Temple Run 2 (I found many similarities). In this game all the time you will be standing in the cart itself. You have to hide or jump with the cart. Sometimes you have stretch either your right or left hand to snatch those gems or gold. In worst conditions you have to catch the whole cart and jump to side by tracks; as some of them end abruptly.
When you see walls in between the tracks marked with a red cross, it means you have to jump to side by track (as shown in above screenshot). If you see small obstacles in middle of track, then you can jump over them. If you see obstacles which has a cave like entrance, then you have to slide below them. The gems, gold, and special items are always located to side of track, you just have to bend to catch them. The special gifts can be opened after the game ends.

The controls of this game are very simple:
- To jump to side by tracks, just swipe left to shift to left side track and swipe right to jump to right side track.
- To jump above obstacles, swipe in upward direction.
- To slide below obstacles, swipe downwards.
- To catch item on left side, tilt your device to the left and to catch right side items, tilt towards right side.
