From the main menu, click on Search and you should see a list of story categories, screenshot of which is the second one from the top.
Selecting a story will open it up in the the built-in reader. If you want you can just read it right here, but since this is a downloader, you have the option of downloading the story by clicking on the Down button which can be seen in the middle.
Once that you have the story open, you can click on the My Library button in the bottom right corner, just above the Download Manager button. Clicking there opens up a library of all the downloaded stories, together with cover art and short info about the author. You can find PDF documents inside My Documents\Wattpad2Any folder.
