Semiform AI is a free AI-based online tool that swaps your forms with AI Agents. This enables respondents to type their answers in simple natural language instead of filling out complex and lengthy forms that often take a lot of time and effort.
In the background. Semiform uses an AI Agent to analyze and parse the natural language responses into structured data that can also be exported in CSV format. The agent is also powered to ask follow-up questions if required to collect the data.

How it Works:
1. Click on this link to navigate to Semiform AI and register for a free account using your email address. Once your free account is activated you will be taken to the Semiform AI Dashboard.
2. To begin the process, click on ‘Create new form’. At the outset, type the content in the ‘Instructions’ box, that you want the respondents to see in the when they fill out your Semiform. You can also enable the ‘Collect email from respondents’ checkbox if you wish to get their email address.
3. Type, the Response Tag and in the Options field, you can enter a comma-separated list of accepted values as responses. Semiform AI uses these two fields to automatically classify and identify (tag) your responses.
4. If this is a required field, enable the corresponding checkbox and finally click on ‘Save’.
5. Click on ‘Add Row’ to create as many rows in the Semiform as required and use the same steps as instructed above to configure the row. You must click the ‘Save’ button after each row to save your work.
6. When you have finished adding and configuring all the rows of your Semiform. Click on ‘Publish form’, then click on the ‘Copy Lin’ button to copy the URL and share it with all the respondents.
7. The respondents can use this link to type their responses in plain natural language. Once submitted, AI agent of Semiform will automatically parse the responses into structured data.
8. To view the responses and summary, click on the ‘Your forms’ link at the top of the dashboard and then click on the ‘Responses’ button for the specific form whose results you wish to view.
9. Along with the structured data, the Timestamp (when the form was submitted) and the Full text response will also be available for your reference. To get an AI generated summary on the screen, click on the corresponding button.
10. To export the responses to CSV format, click on ‘Export to CSV’ at the top.
