Many people are not aware that Youtube gives and option to share Youtube URL that lets you specify the time at which you want the video to start. For example, you are watching a long Youtube video and come across something interesting somewhere in the middle of the video. You can share URL of the video with your friends such that when they click on the URL, the youtube video will start from exactly that point.
It is extremely easy to do that. When you are playing a video in Youtube, just right click over the video. In the context menu, you will see the option “copy video URL at current time”.
Just click on this option, and it will copy Youtube video URL in your clipboard. In the URL, there will be an additional parameter “#t=”. This parameter has the start time of the video. Whenever you click on this URL, you will see the Youtube video starting at the same point.
