How to use this free Windows 8 News App?
Using the app is as simple as anything can ever get. When the app is installed, simply fire it up and you will be presented with a large list of categorically sorted out news item tiles as shown in the screenshot displayed below.
As you can see, you are immediately presented with neat and tiled icons of available news items. Each tile is beautifully designed with an image of the person/people/business that the article maybe/is concerned with. Opening up the article is as simple as clicking on the tile corresponding to it. As soon as you click on the tile corresponding to the news item, it opens up almost immediately, but your speed of an article opening up may vary depending on your internet connection speed.
(TIP: If your article is loading up too slow, your internet may be slow or suffering from heavy bandwidth traffic. You can test your internet connection speed from various websites. Here, we talk about ten websites that can accomplish the task of testing your connection speed.)
You can click on the Read full story at the end of each article to open up the article in the website that it was taken from. At any time, the back arrow button at the top left corner of the screen can be clicked to arrive at the home screen of the app.
