We have recently covered a website that helps to provide video tutorials for your college textbooks.
How To Use This Free Educational Website To Stream Educational Videos?
Go to the homepage of this website by following the link present at the end of this review. You don’t have to create your account to this website. Just access this website, and a video will be in front of you. However, I personally feel that it should let users create their free account, so that they can add videos to their dashboard.
Next and previous buttons are available to go to next random video and play it.
If you want to browse videos by category, then simply tap on Topics option. It will open topics section where different categories will be available to choose from. Till now, Food, Math, Psychology, How It’s Made, DIY, Space, Card Games, Computer Science, Chemistry, Casual Science, and other user-defined categories have been created.
Click on a particular category and then you will be able to stream videos of that category.
If you have to create your own category, then simply tap on Contribute button. After this, you need to add the name of category (or topic). Now you can provide YouTube URL at required box to add your desired video to your own category. With each category, you can add multiple videos one by one.
Conclusion:
Brain Pump is useful to explore some educational videos that you might be looking for. However, it can be improved further by letting the users to create their account for storing favorite videos and access their own categories. Furthermore, it should verify videos uploaded by users, before they appear on the website, as users might upload some irrelevant videos too (like I did for my testing). Videos should be related to education to serve the purpose of this website successfully.
